These form part of our SmartMove process and are coordinated from the outset. Any third-party services are clearly explained and agreed in advance, in line with our Terms of Business, so you start fully prepared and aligned from day one.
Tailored extras
Some items involve third-party costs. While they’re not always essential, they can add clarity or reassurance in the right circumstances. We’ll explain the options clearly and, if you choose to proceed, coordinate the arrangements in line with our Terms of Business:
- EPC - required by law (arranged at local rates if needed, or you’re welcome to provide your own)
- Searches - normally commissioned later, but sometimes started early to support smoother progression
- Pre-sale survey - optional, but can give buyers added confidence and provide additional clarity where helpful. If chosen, it may be shared, readdressed, or licensed for buyers by agreement
- Reservation Agreement - if both sides agree, it can help lock in commitment and support commitment where appropriate
