Here’s how we support your sale

From the first conversation to handing over the keys - we’ll help make the process straightforward, well-supported, and tailored to your needs.

1. Free Valuation & Honest Advice

We’ll visit your home to understand your goals and timelines, then provide a clear, accurate valuation. You’ll also get upfront advice on legal steps and the option to speed things up with our SmartMove™ tools.

2. Preparing to Market

We’ll arrange professional photos, write a compelling listing, and prepare the key documents.
✅ If you’ve chosen SmartMove™, we’ll help prepare a Property Info Pack early - saving time down the line.

3. Viewings Done Right

We’ll handle bookings, give prompt feedback, and ensure your property is shown at its best. We’re respectful of your time and your space.

4. Offers & Negotiation

When offers come in, we’ll talk you through the pros and cons of each - clearly and calmly. You stay in control; we manage the back-and-forth and can use optional tools like Heads of Terms for extra clarity.


Our Offer-Ready Policy

To reduce fall-throughs and keep things moving, we usually keep your property on the market until the buyer is fully ready to proceed.

7. Exchange of Contracts

Once everything’s agreed and approved, contracts are exchanged and your sale becomes legally binding. We’ll walk you through what to expect next.
