SmartMove™ by House of Hilbre and Your Data

If you opt into SmartMove™, we may share some of your information (like Heads of Terms or timelines) with the other party’s solicitor or agent, to help keep everyone aligned and informed. Nothing unnecessary is shared, and we’ll always let you know what’s being sent.

How Long We Keep Things

We’ll only keep your information for as long as we need it - typically up to 6 years for legal and tax purposes. After that, it’s securely deleted.
