Moving home changes more than one family.
It changes neighbourhoods, communities and the places we all call home.
That's why, as House of Hilbre grows, a portion of every completed move will contribute to our Community Fund.
It's our way of making sure every move leaves something positive behind.
What we hope to support
We want to support the people already making a difference across our local communities.
That could include:
- Schools
- Youth groups
- Grassroots sports clubs
- Community wellbeing projects
- Local charities
- Environmental initiatives
Our role isn't to decide what matters most - it's to support the people and organisations already doing meaningful work locally.
The organisations we support may change over time, but our purpose will always remain the same:
Supporting the communities we're proud to be part of.
How it works
As House of Hilbre grows, so will the Community Fund.
A proportion of every completed move contributes to the Fund, allowing us to support different local initiatives over time.

We're starting modestly.
Not because we have to.
Because we want to build something sustainable.
Our hope is that as more people choose House of Hilbre, more local organisations will benefit too.
This isn't a campaign.
It's part of who we want to be.

We'll focus on organisations and initiatives within the communities we serve.
Over time, we'll aim to share support fairly, helping a variety of local causes make a meaningful difference.
