House of Hilbre™ Community Fund

Every move changes more than one home. With each sale we complete, we contribute directly to the House of Hilbre Community Fund - a simple way of supporting local schools with resources they choose themselves.

From wellbeing corners and outdoor spaces to books, music, or STEM kits, schools know best what their pupils and families need. Our role is to make sure every move also gives something back to the community.

We’re starting small, but starting real. Each move in 2025 contributes to the Fund, and the first round of contributions will go directly to local schools later this year. Over time, we’ll rotate across schools so the impact is shared fairly across our community.
