We usually begin by visiting people in their own home.

It's where we can listen properly, understand your plans and talk everything through at your pace.

We already know moving home can be stressful.

House of Hilbre takes its name from Hilbre Island.

A calm place.

A place that encourages perspective.

That's the feeling we want people to experience when they move home.

As House of Hilbre grows, we want local communities to benefit too.

That's why we've committed to creating our Community Fund, supporting local projects and initiatives across the Wirral.

Because every move should leave something positive behind.

After years in property, people development and leadership, I started House of Hilbre because I believed there was a better way to support people through one of life's biggest decisions.

I'm Ian Smith, and I've lived in South Wirral for over 20 years. I hold a degree in the Built Environment and, as a Fellow of the CIPD, I've spent my career helping people navigate change through honest communication, trust and thoughtful leadership.

We're taking the time to earn trust before asking people to trust us with one of life's biggest decisions.

House of Hilbre isn't just about moving people. It's about supporting the communities we're part of, which is why every completed move will contribute to our Community Fund.
